MIT ARK
The teaching spaces at MIT features the first large-scale audio-visual production facilities in domestic art universities, meeting international standards.
Its mission is to advance national-level cutting-edge audio-visual technology research and production, as well as to cultivate leaders in cross-disciplinary integration, embodied in the MIT Audio-Visual Research.
The facility boasts the largest number of audio-visual production environments in Taiwan with bidirectional real-time interaction. It features the most advanced immersive audio effects for sound, and composite transparent projection devices for visuals. Currently, the audio-visual production base (Central Complex) is equipped with Dolby Atmos 9.1.6 surround sound specifications and AVoIP synchronized video recording. It is also connected to two mid-to-large professional performance spaces on campus and five independent laboratories.
S4 Central Complex
Located in the basement of the Art and Technology Center, it can connect to multiple recording spaces, allowing for simultaneous recording of large ensemble sound content.
